If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
The flash cards must be returned in their original condition, without any signs of use or damage.
A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email, must be provided when requesting a refund.
Items that have been used, damaged, altered, digital products or downloads once accessed, and clearance or final sale items are non-refundable.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping when returning the product.
