Eligibility for Refunds

2. Condition of Product: The flash cards must be returned in their original condition, without any signs of use or damage.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email, must be provided.

Non-Refundable Items

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
• Digital products or downloads once they have been accessed or downloaded.
• Clearance or final sale items.

How to Request a Refund
